With over 20 years human resources experience gained in the United Kingdom and Australia, Fiona Sweeney has cemented her reputation as a leader in her field providing end to end generalist human resources expertise.
In her previous roles, Fiona has developed positive work cultures, fostered staff development, provided high levels of strategic HR management throughout complex business structures. She has ensured each business is commited to continuous improvement, compliance with relevant legislation including workplace health and safety.
Fiona's delivery of a complete human resources function has included full staff onboarding, employee relations, workers compensation, policy development and implementation, performance management, implementation of workplace health and safety processes and procedures, payroll management and undertaking training needs analysis and implementing training and development opportunities where required.
